Since 1981, THRESHOLD Land Services, Inc. has provided professional oil and gas, right-of-way and fee property acquisition and related services to both the public and private sectors.
THRESHOLD personnel have worked on numerous land projects in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Michigan and California. We have provided services to a multitude of clients including Oil and Gas Exploration Companies, Utility Companies, Municipalities, The United States Department of Justice, Utility Districts, Engineering Firms, Law Firms, Investor Groups, and private land and mineral owners.
As a result, our exposure to diverse and innovative ideas and practices has been beneficial to our growth and development. This broad education from both in-house field experience enables us to better analyze the specific needs of a new project and then staff it in a way to be most cost effective and expeditious for our client.
